Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
If the Customer has appointed a trusted person to collect the Product, the withdrawal period starts from the date the Product is delivered to the person designated by the Customer, other than the courier.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify SER.COM within the indicated period by sending an email to mibshop@sercom.com, replying to the order confirmation email.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products at their own expense within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal date, to the following address:

The Product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (bags and boxes), handled and possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics, and size, in accordance with ordinary diligence, and without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal applies to the entire purchased product; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the product (e.g., accessories, components, etc.).

The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized or made-to-order items, pre-order products, perishable goods, or products with a broken guarantee seal.

In order for the withdrawal to be valid, the product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).

The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer.

The Customer is fully responsible for the return shipment until the confirmed receipt at the SER.COM warehouse.
In case the item is damaged during return shipping, SER.COM will inform the Customer, so they may claim compensation from the chosen courier. The Product will then be made available to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be canceled. SER.COM is not liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss that occurs during or in connection with the return shipment.
SER.COM will refund the Customer the full amount already paid (net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14) within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by reversing the charge using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any cost as a result of the refund.
SER.COM may withhold the refund until the returned Product is received or until the Customer provides proof of return shipment.
The Customer loses the right of withdrawal if SER.COM determines that:

The returned item and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;

The item is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

The item is missing essential components and/or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event the right of withdrawal is forfeited, SER.COM will return the Product to the Customer, charging the Customer for the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the item.
